Coffee and Tea in Spain

Tea

Spanish culture gives much importance to coffee, an important part of breakfast in Spain.
There are many types of coffee popular in Spain. The standard type is the café solo Espresso across Spain. However the most popular coffee across Spain is café con leche which is espresso with milk.
The café cortado contains less milk whereas café manchado has a wee bit coffee with plenty of milk. Meanwhile, café descafeinado is Spain's decaff coffee.
Locals of Spain would simply recommend usual cafés for excellent coffee.
Tea is not as popular as coffee in Spain.
Some infusions are quite popular however.
Among them are Té Negro(black tea), Té Rojo (red tea), Té de Fruta (fruit tea), Manzanila (Camomile tea), Menta Poleo (Mint tea) and Tila (Lime blossom tea).
Granada has a higher popularity of tea drinking than elsewhere, thanks to Moroccan influence, with some 'teterias' or tea houses with elaborate menus, serving good tea.
