Different regions in Spain have their own distinct specialties, offering a fabulous experience for foodies.
Quite obviously, Spain's coastline is renowned for its seafood, so one should taste its delectable fish recipes, most notably at Madrid, while northern Basque has cod vizcaina.
For delicious roast lamb, bean dishes, suckling pig and sausages one should go to Castille, Spain, whereas southeastern regions of Valencia and Murcia is famous for the best rice dishes, especially paella.
Asturias is famous for its bean soup, cheeses, fabada while Galicia is known for shellfish and seafood dishes.
Andalucia has a distinct Arab influence on its cooking.
Its best dishes include gazpacho, a cold vegetable soup and fried fish items.
